SMS Consent & Messaging Policy
SMS Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number during account registration on Wysdom, you consent to receive SMS messages from Medical Wysdom LLC ("Wysdom") for the sole purpose of account verification.
What Messages You Will Receive
When you select "Verify via text" during sign-up or login, Wysdom will send you a one-time SMS message containing a 6-digit verification code to confirm your identity. This is the only type of SMS message Wysdom sends.
Message Frequency
You will receive 1 SMS message per verification attempt. No recurring or promotional messages are sent.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Wysdom. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS verification codes. You may still verify your account via email instead.

Opt-In Process
SMS consent is collected within the Wysdom mobile app during account creation. When a user chooses to verify their account via text message, the following consent language is displayed directly on the phone number entry screen before any message is sent:
"By entering your phone number, you agree to receive a one-time SMS verification code from Wysdom (Medical Wysdom LLC). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: 1 message per login. Reply STOP to opt out."
Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are displayed alongside this consent text. Users must actively enter their phone number and proceed to the next step, constituting explicit opt-in consent.
Your Consent is Voluntary
Providing your phone number for SMS verification is entirely optional. Users may choose to verify their account via email instead. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Wysdom platform.
